This Privacy Policy explains how High Mark Trucking Inc ("we", "us", "our"), a corporation registered in Ontario, Canada, collects, uses and protects information when you use our website and our mobile applications (the "Apps").

• Information you enter: data you type into the App (for example trip details, notes or messages).
• Device and usage information: basic technical data such as device type, operating system version and crash reports, used to keep the App working.
• Location (only if the App asks for it): used only for the feature that requests it, and only with your permission.

• To provide, operate and improve the App.
• To create and manage your account.
• To respond to your questions and support requests.
• To keep the App secure and prevent misuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Sharing of information

We share information only with service providers that help us run the App (such as hosting providers), when required by law, or with your consent. These providers may only use the information to provide their services to us.

5. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we must keep it to meet legal obligations.

You can access, correct or delete your information at any time. To delete your account and data, follow the steps on our Delete Account page. Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) you may also contact us with questions about your personal information.

7. Children

Our Apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last changed.
